  • Golden90 and Playlogiq NV are jointly referred to as ''Golden90'' for the purpose of these General Terms and Conditions. Playlogiq NV operates under domain. For certain regions can specific domains be used for satisfaction of players.
  • 1.2 All bets placed on are operated, held, accepted, placed and processed exclusively in Curacao. Golden90 pays its all betting and other taxes in Curacao.
  • 1.3 Golden90 and the Customer are the only parties involved in each betting contract.
  • 1.4 In order to place a bet with Golden90, the customer must agree on following General Terms and Conditions.
  • 1.5 Golden90 reserves all its rights to modify these General Terms and Conditions. The customer is responsible to remain informed on the currently valid provisions. Golden90 recommends that customer prints out these General Terms and Conditions in order to avoid misunderstandings and disputes at a later stage.
  • 1.6 The customer is responsible to take part of all information about the applicable laws in his place of residence for online gambling. The customer must ensure that when using the website, acts as an individual customer, acts within the laws of his own jurisdiction. Golden90 cannot be held responsible for any violation of local laws on the part of the customer.
  • 1.7 Playing at Golden90 is restricted to individuals of legal age as it is determined in the jurisdiction in which the customer is located, being an individual who has registered as a customer and who holds a player's account on Golden90. Under no circumstances may a person register and play if he or she is under 18 years of age. Any deposited funds by such a person will be returned to the individual after the account been closed by the operators of Golden90 and any winnings/profits will be forfeited.

  • 1.9 The Customer must insure that it will not be involved in any fraudulent, improper, collusive, misleading, fixing, manipulative or other unlawful activity in relation to Golden90 or services provided by the Operator.
  • 1.10 If a customer's account has been Closed, the operators of Golden90 will re-open the customer's account if the customer lodges a complaint and provides the operator with reasonable proof that the customer has not been involved in unlawful activities. The customer must provide such proof's to Golden90 latest within six (6) months period from the date the customer's account was closed. Otherwise the customer loses the right to the funds on its account.
  • If you intend to open more than one account, for whatever reason, Golden90 has the right to close all of your accounts if no reasonable explanation been provided.
  • 1.11 By registering on Golden90 the customer acknowledges and confirm full acceptance of all Terms and Conditions of use and that the customer fully understands the rights, obligations, terms and conditions set forth herein. If the customer not fully understands the terms and conditions of Golden90, the customer is not allowed to register on Golden90 and not to participate in any gambling events.


  • 2.1 To use the services provided by Golden90 on, the customer must open an account. Only one account is allowed per customer and must register personally. Golden90 reserves the rights to refuse any application of a customer if Golden90 suspects action of non-tolerated interests mentioned in terms and conditions.
  • 2.2 The Customer must always provide and maintain correct/valid, complete information to Golden90. Customer hereby acknowledge that if any of information provided by customer to Golden90 is false, Golden90 has right to refuse registration on its platform. The customer is obligated to upon request from Golden90, to provide official documents such as; for example, any kind of bill document, account statement or any other official documentation which Golden90 find necessary in order to confirm the correctness of the information provided by the customer in connection with the registration following verification procedures.
  • 2.3 By opening an account with us, Golden90 warrant that you:

    2. Are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • 3.9 For protection of the customer, Golden90 will monitor all bets and account transactions made on All transactions will be checked to prevent money-laundering and all suspicious transactions will be reported to the ''Golden90 Money Laundering Reporting Officer'' (MLRO) who will report to the advised authorities.
  • 3.10 The customer can at any time log in to his account and view all statements which would show all transactions, deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets and withdrawals. Should the customer notice any mistakes, he/she must notify Golden90 immediately so that the mistake can be rectified. Such a mistake should be reported within 90 days from when the mistake first appeared on the customer's account.

Golden90 reserves the rights to refuse or rescind different bonuses at any time for any reason. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn from the customer's account as long as option been mentioned. If the customer withdraws money from its account and there still is bonus money on the customer's account which has not been put on games, such un-played bonus money on customer's account will be automatically forfeited and will no longer be available for the customer.

  • 8.1 By accessing and/or registering as a customer you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use the website and services provided by Golden90 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of your use of the website and/or Golden90’s services shall be settled by the courts of Curacao and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
